Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) may require the subscribers to report a device's MAC address before it can be connected to the Internet. If you ever need it, here is how to find the network MAC address of your NextD Player:


For Wi-Fi MAC address:

1. Click on the Settings icon on the desktop screen of NextD.

2. Highlight the "Wi-Fi" entry, which should be the 1st item inside the Settings app.

3. Click on the menu button (3 vertical dots) on the upper right corner of the screen, then select "Advanced"

4. The unique MAC address for your NextD Player should be located on the 4th row of the "Advanced" results page. A typical MAC address looks like: aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff


For Ethernet MAC address:

1. Click on the Settings icon on the desktop screen of NextD.

2. Highlight the "Ethernet" entry, which should be the 2nd item inside the Settings app.

3. The unique MAC address for your NextD Player should be located on the right side of the screen. A typical MAC address looks like: aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff
